| We are a small team of Professional Property Investors with a wealth of experience in the property market. We are Landlords, Developers, Property Renovators, Management Agents, and Sourcing Agents. We set up our business at the end of 2009 to provide help to Landlords facing challenges in the current and ever-changing financial climate. Individually we found we were helping friends, family and colleagues who were facing difficulties. We realised that there was a lack of effective help, and that by working together we could pool our knowledge and resources, and provide a place where people could find help with issues including;

Vicki Wusche Started building her own portfolio in 2004, slowly at first but then in 2008 she decided to become a full time investor. She now runs a number of property related businesses, which includes identifying investment opportunities for other trusted investors through a large network that she has built up. Vicki started helping investors in financial difficulty when a close friend started to struggle. She is now working with many UK-based investors that are facing a variety of challenges from bad tenants, voids and of course the worse of all low or no cashflows. Creating a trusting relationship and finding innovative solutions to problems are essential to her successful business ventures. |
James Trickett Got into property In 2007 and has been taking advantage of the market crash to build his portfolio ever since. Having initially focused on refurbishment projects and a successful buy to let portfolio, James identified that many landlords were in financial difficulties after the credit crunch. It has since been his focus to provide a service to all landlords whose properties are not performing, as they would like. James holds communication, credibility and creativity above all else in business and this has lead him to work with a host of London based landlords (including family and friends) to help them solve their property problems with minimal stress and win-win situations for all involved. |

Carlene Clarke Started her property journey in 2007, and she now prides herself on assisting Landlords on a daily basis offering advice and support on the lease or sale of their property. To Carlene it is not just about putting out an offer and getting a yes. Carlene takes you, the Landlord through various solutions until she find the one that best suits your situation be it a long term lease, a lease with the option to buy or even a straight forward sale, Carlene will assist you in analysing where you are and what you need. |
Jeanette Laley Spent 5 years building small developments of new properties, after which time she decided to use her advanced skills and knowledge to buy properties and refurbish them as Buy to Lets and HMO’s. She became heavily involved with helping other Landlords and Investors after seeing how people had been led astray by get rich-quick scams that had landed them with serious negative cashflow and negative equity. |
