Guaranteed rent – We will offer you between 70-80% of the current market rent for your property. You will recieve the agreed rental figure net, with no deductions. Unlike conventional letting, there will be no deductions made from your income for management costs, void periods, legal compliance or maintenance. We take on full management of your property and any potential maintenance issues without the need for contacting you ever again. Our service will result in your annual rental profit being higher than if you accepted market rent and the associated problems of tenant voids and maintenance complaints.

Long-term leases - Our service is also a different experience for the tenant. We offer tenants the opportunity to take out a long-term lease often 3-5 years, this offers a tenant more security and in turn they start to consider the property as a home rather than a rented house. We have found that we experience significantly fewer maintenance issues as a result. The long-term lease, we agree with you, also provides you, the landlord, with the reassurance that the property is let.

The option to buy - Our tenants are looking for more than just a house. They would like a home to be proud of and a place to settle and raise a family. Granting them a longterm lease with an option to buy at the end of it allows the tenant to save a deposit and build their credit profile enabling them to buy their home someday in the future. Agreeing the option to buy with you in advance, provides you with a guaranteed sale price for your property and our tenants the piece of mind to make your house, their home.
